Living with Multiple Sclerosis, a landscape architect and mother slows down to listen—discovering that the cycles sustaining planetary health echo the rhythms of her own body, and tracing a path toward Tawhid: Oneness.
Experiencing daily shifts in her body, Aliza Sovani—landscape architect, film producer, and mother—moves through uncertainty with close attention and care. When she slows down to study the cycles that sustain the planet, she begins to recognize those same rhythms within herself: patterns of fragility, resilience, and renewal. In reconnecting with her roots and the Islamic principle of Tawhid (Oneness), she asks what it means to design—and to live—within an ethic of interconnectedness.
